MATCH REPORT
Four on the Bounce: Coleshill See Off Shepshed with Another Clean Sheet
By Ian Pugh

Coleshill Town FC extended their winning streak to four games with a confident 2–0 victory over Shepshed at Pack Meadow, continuing their run of clean sheets and climbing form.
The Colemen came into the fixture brimming with belief after three straight wins, and it showed from the first whistle.

Dan Brookes opened the scoring in the 11th minute, reacting quickest to a floated cross at the back post and guiding the ball past the keeper with precision.

Coleshill kept the pressure on, but Shepshed’s defence stood firm, repelling wave after wave of attacks.
That resistance was broken again in the 19th minute when captain Taylor Carter-Bryne timed his run perfectly from the edge of the box to meet a corner, glancing his header into the far side netting and leaving the keeper stranded.

The game opened up from there, with both sides struggling to maintain control in midfield. It became a fast-paced, end-to-end contest, with both goalkeepers called into action to keep the scoreline steady. Coleshill’s backline held strong once again, securing a fourth consecutive clean sheet and another valuable three points.

Next up, The Colemen travel to Long Eaton in search of a fifth straight win. The next home fixture is a local derby against Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 1st November at 3pm — let’s pack Pack Meadow and keep the momentum rolling.
